Salary of administrative personnel salary: 8K-13K
Job Responsibilities:
1. Assisted the superior in formulating the company's performance appraisal system, improved the performance appraisal system, and sorted out and optimized the performance management process;
2. Responsible for formulating performance appraisal methods and implementation procedures and detailed rules for all departments of the company to ensure the suitability and rationality of the design of the company's performance appraisal system;
3. Organized and guided the performance appraisal of each department, and solved the problems arising in the appraisal process;
4. Assisted the department manager to make the recruitment plan according to the company's human resources plan and the human resources demand plan of each department;
5. Responsible for personnel reserve, employment, regularisation, promotion, deployment, reward and punishment, dismissal and other work;
6. Supervise the implementation of the company's management system;
7. Organize team activities to increase team cohesion;
8. Complete other tasks assigned by leaders.

Job Requirements:
1. College degree or above, major in Human Resource Management, Administration Management, Chinese or related is preferred;
2. Have HR professional knowledge, more than 3 years experience in HR work, and proficient in performance appraisal knowledge is preferred;
3. Good written and oral expression skills, affinity and service consciousness, strong communication comprehension;
4. Proficient in common office software and related personnel management software;
5. Hardworking, meticulous and serious in work, strong in principle, good executive ability and professional quality;
6. Strong sense of responsibility and professional dedication, fair and impartial, rigorous, able to work under great pressure.
