MCU HIL test system adopts platform design, mainly including: simulation hardware platform, test management software (including configuration and monitoring software, fault injection software EFI), automatic test software, motor simulation model, vehicle simulation model and HIL test system integration service Wait.
The MCU HIL test system can run the vehicle model and motor model in real time to simulate the input signal of the controller under test. At the same time, the output signal of the controller under test can be collected to complete the integrated debugging of the motor controller (MCU). Using this HIL test system can greatly shorten the time for controller field test and verification, improve design quality, reduce design cost, and improve design efficiency.

• It can simulate switched reluctance motors, permanent magnet synchronous motors, asynchronous induction motors and other types of motors;
• Integrated finite element analysis (FEA) method, and supports JMAG RTT file import;
• It can simulate working conditions such as motor drive, power generation and inverter IGBT failure;
• Fault simulation (phase loss, IGBT short circuit open circuit, LOS/DOS/LOT, etc.);
• Built-in signal generation engine (sine wave, PWM, sine PWM) in FPGA for open loop and closed loop testing;
• It can accurately simulate the changes of motor parameters with the saturation characteristics of the electromagnetic field;
• FPGA-based high-speed simulation, the minimum simulation step length can reach 2 microseconds;
• Motor controller control function test;
• The resolver, three-phase current, and acquisition of high-frequency motor control signals required for high-speed analog motors.
