With constant innovation and rapid development of automobile electronic technology, the increasing number of car electronic control units, automobile electronic products and technology has been more and more used in all kinds of models, among them, the automobile electronic system costs about 30% of the whole vehicle, but the car trouble production in automotive electronic system, therefore, from the consideration on the safety, feasibility and cost, Hardware in Loop HIL (Hardware - in - the - Loop) electric control system of testing has become a very important part of the development and application.
 

A. Program overview

Fuel cell (FCE) control system in the process of independent research and development and application of HIL test system, which can effectively reduce the real vehicle road test, shorten the development time and reduce costs, improve the quality of electronic control system software, at the same time reduce the risk of electronic control system development and application. Working principle is based on real-time processor running in the fuel cell engine and vehicle simulation model to simulate the operation of the controlled object, through the I/O interface connected to the electric control system to be tested, to all aspects of the tested ECU and testing of the system.
 

B. Program introduction
SimCar hardware in loop test system is used to test the function, system integration and communication of electronic control unit (ECU) a complete set of hardware in the loop simulation test equipment, can be used in automotive, aerospace, weapons, engineering machinery and other fields. Based on the test system hardware in the loop on the controlled object of the user modeling and simulation, and its running on work with closed loop controller in the real-time system, the implementation of complex electronic control unit (ECU) for vehicle test.
Fuel cell control unit hardware in loop test system mainly consists of three parts: real-time hardware simulation platform, the test management software and the fuel cell system and vehicle real-time simulation model of system diagram as shown in the figure below.

Supported test controller: fuel cell engine controller, fuel cell vehicle controller.
 

Main functional features:
• simulate various operating conditions of fuel cell system and vehicle, including extreme operating conditions;
• simulate complex fault modes and quickly recover fault modes;
• separate part of the test process from the traditional test bench;
• integrated testing of multiple controllers;
• automate testing and generate test reports to shorten test cycles;
• easy to maintain and extend test capabilities.
 

The physical model of fuel cell system

In order to realize the closed-loop test of the controller of fuel cell system, the physical model of fuel cell system and vehicle model need to be built. The physical model of fuel cell system provided by huahai technology was built according to the structure of fuel cell system and was used for the development of mass production models of national 863 project and famous main engine plants.
