Motor controller hardware engineer salary: 15-30K |
Job Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for motor controller (MCU) hardware development, design, debugging and testing;
2. Responsible for motor control, power drive and subsystem hardware scheme design, schematic design, PCB design, functional simulation, electronic device selection, verification and testing;
3. Cooperate with software engineer, responsible for controller hardware/software co-tuning, troubleshooting and problem solving;
4. Responsible for EMC performance evaluation and testing, problem analysis and solution rectification;
5. Provide technical support for technical problems, quality problems and customer complaints in product control circuit, analyze problems and propose solutions;
6. Develop test procedures, methods and standards for motor controllers and subcircuits, and conduct experimental verification and result analysis.
Job Requirements:
1. Strong practical ability, hard-working, active thinking, major in electronics, bachelor degree or above, more than 5 years of relevant working experience;
2. Have more relevant experience in EMC design, proficient in Altium Designer, Protel and other circuit design software;
3. Proficient in professional knowledge of power drive unit, application characteristics of power devices (IPM, IGBT, MOS) in driving, protection and control is preferred;
4. Proficient in automotive electronics development process, knowledge of TS16949, and basic methods of motor quality control;
5. Familiar with the principle, selection and application of power electronic devices, such as IPM/IGBT/MOSFET;
6. Experience in new energy on-board electronic control or vehicle controller, inverter, photovoltaic inverter and other related design is preferred.
